The Roscon de Reyes cake. The Kings Crown Cake

On 6th January Spanish families gather to open their presents from the Three Kings and to eat the King's Crown Cake. It's a round cake with a hole in the middle and has candied fruit on the top. Some cakes are filled with cream and some are plain. The family cut the cake up. Whoever gets the piece of cake with the dried bean in it has to pay for the whole cake. Whoever gets the pot figure of one of the kings gets to wear the crown all day!
